Minutes

1,000 minutes of answered calls a month are included. Past that, $0.35 a minute.

The price lock

Founding shops keep $499 for two years. A founding shop is any shop signed before our fortieth client or before October 31, 2027, whichever comes first.

After the founding window, new shops get a one-year lock.

Billing and cancelling

No setup fee. Billed monthly, in advance. No contract beyond the month you have paid.

Cancel by one email; the service runs to the end of the paid month and nothing further is charged. We’ll ask why, once, so we can fix it.

Compare it

To one lost job

Put $499 next to one job that went to voicemail last month.

You know what that job was worth. If one caught call a month is worth more than $499, the month paid for itself.

To a live answering service

A live service bills by the receptionist minute.

At a few hundred minutes a month it costs more than $499, and the bill climbs with every minute. Onrise includes 1,000. We checked in October 2026.

The guarantee

Nine of ten missed calls answered, any hour, or the month is free.

Any month in which the receptionist answers fewer than nine in ten of the calls the office misses, at any hour, is free.

The calls the office misses are the calls forwarded to the receptionist’s line after the office’s two rings, as the forwarding log counts them; calls abandoned during those rings and calls ended within five seconds of the receptionist answering are outside the count.

It is measured against the shop’s own call log and shown on the monthly page, so the owner can check it himself.
